By purchasing a Review of Marking you are giving permission to the Exams Team to make the request to the Exam Board on your behalf. Once this purchase is submitted you may not be able to amend your request. By purchasing you accept that your marks or grade may change (up or down) and that the mark after a Review of Marking will be final.
Review of Marking (ROM)
This is not a remark. It is a review of the original marking. Only those marks that are a result of a genuine marking error, not a difference in judgement, will be changed. This service includes a second examiner looking at your exam paper to ensure the following:
- All of the pages were marked
- All of the marks were counted
- The result matches the marks on the paper
- The mark scheme was applied correctly to your original marking
