Collection Policy

Collection Arrangements

During term time students are notified when to collect orders from the school shop. Normally within 48 hours (school days) of purchasing. If a student wishes to exchange or return an item they may return it (original packaging required) to the shop (next door to C2) at form, break or lunch time any Monday to Thursday.

If you would prefer to collect your items from reception please let us know in the cart notes when checking out, or you can email us.

Holidays

The school shop is not open during school holidays.  Orders placed during the summer break will be dealt with in September.

Blazer 

The school blazer can be purchased and collected from the school in June and July each year. Outside of these times the blazer can be purchased from Wirral Uniform Shop, Birkenhead who manage sales and stock of the blazer during the school year.

Purchasing Arrangements for New Starters

We run uniform evenings in June for parents to attend with their son.  At these events you will be able to purchase your son's blazer,  PE kit and compulsory items that include an art/dt apron and an artpack.  As part of the induction process for new students Parents will be offered the opportunity to attend one of these evenings on a date and at a time convenient to them. 

Students joining at other times of the year can purchase their Blazer direct from Wirral Uniform in Birkenhead. PE kit is held in stock all year round, once you have placed your online order it will be processed and made available for collection within 48 hours.
