School Shop Order & Collection Arrangements

Collection Policy

All online purchases will be given out at the start of the new term in September 2020.  Due to the volume of orders placed at this time of year processing will take longer than normal.   We do apologise if there is a delay in issuing PE kits.  Staff are aware and will be understanding if some students do not yet have their full kit.  

Normal Order/Collection Arrangements During Term Time

Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase all online orders are made ready for STUDENTS to collect from the school shop.  If you would prefer to collect your items from reception please let us know in the cart notes when checking out, or you can email us at

You will not receive an email to advise you that your goods are ready for collection as all orders are made ready for collection within 48 hours.  If an item is out of stock you will receive an email to advise you of the earliest delivery date.  

The school shop has temporarily re located to the Business Centre.  For the immediate future a visitation rota has been introduced for student collections in line with year group bubbles.   

It is important that students are aware of the rota and only visit on their allocated day.  You may email the shop if you need to arrange collection outside of these times,

The shop will be open at break and lunchtimes for students to collect online orders and to exchange or return items.

Students in sixth form may collect orders during their free periods or email the shop to arrange a convenient time.

When purchasing tickets for a school event unless otherwise stated physical tickets are not issued.  Entry is on production of your sales/order confirmation.  Specific details will be given at the time of purchase.
