Collection Policy

Collection Arrangements

During term time students are notified when to collect orders from the school shop. Normally within 48 hours (working days) of purchasing. If a student wishes to exchange or return an item they may return it (original packaging required) to the shop (next door to C2) at form, break or lunch time Monday to Thursday.

If you would prefer to collect your items from reception please let us know in the cart notes when checking out, or you can email us.

Holidays

The school shop is not open during school holidays.  Orders placed by the end of June will be dealt with before the summer holidays.  Orders placed after this date will be dealt with in September as will any exchange requests.

Blazer 

The school blazer can be purchased and collected from the school in June and July each year. Outside of these times the blazer can be purchased from Wirral Uniform Shop, Birkenhead who manage sales and stock of the blazer during the school year.

Order and Collection Arrangements for New Starters

Orders for new year 7 blazers and PE kits should be placed through the school online shop by mid June.  An afterschool event for you to collect your purchases is held before the end of the summer term. 

The collection event for 2025 will run from Tuesday 24th to Thursday 26th June.  Parents will be advised by email after the Easter break how to place an order and book a collection appointment.

Students joining at other times of the year can purchase their Blazer direct from Wirral Uniform in Birkenhead. PE kit is held in stock all year round, once you have placed your order it will be processed and made available for collection within 48 hours.

Tickets for Events

When purchasing tickets for a school event unless otherwise stated physical tickets are not issued.  Entry is on production of your sales/order confirmation.  Specific details will be given at the time of purchase.
